A name, location, or other term entered into a sponsored search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. Anderson County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern the query and any later registration, purchase, or result.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the details needed to review and answer it. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or needed to respond lawfully to the request.

These requests do not control records held by ACSO, APD, SCDC, a court, or another linked provider. Contact that custodian under its own policy. South Carolina public-body record access is governed in part by Title 30, chapter 4, but that law does not turn this private site into a government records office.

This privacy notice may be revised as services or legal duties change. A new version becomes effective when posted here with its updated effective date. Continued use after publication means the visitor accepts the revised notice.
